Digital Planning Associate

Job Summary:

The Digital Planning Associate supports the execution of digital strategies, content development, and campaign analysis to enhance social media presence and engagement. This role works closely with cross-functional teams to ensure effective implementation of branding campaigns and performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and executing social media strategies across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Support the creation of branding campaigns and engaging multi-platform content to enhance brand awareness.
• Conduct market research on trends, customer behavior, and competitors to provide insights for strategic decision-making.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, optimizing strategies to align with KPIs and budget efficiency.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution of digital initiatives.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.
• 3 - 5 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or related areas.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and content creation.
• Basic knowledge of analytics tools for tracking campaign performance.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good oral and written presentation & communication skills in Thai & English
