Digital Platform Administrator

Job Purpose

Be responsible for collating and adding approved content into LINK Webshops using LINK’s content management system.

Job Duties

• Take content provided by business departments and add into Webshop content management system
• Provide point of contact for LINK teams wanting to update products in the Webshop
• Be able to help other users to update their own content (after training completed)
• Monitor requests for help via Helpdesk portal.
• Be point of contact for customers experiencing web portal issues affecting BAU activity (non-technical errors) and raise requests for support with IT department
• Consistently and regularly help coordinate and input new content into the Webshop (articles, innovation, products, catalogues etc)
• Review all sites for new product orders across customer ordering platforms and take key product content and populate information on other relevant customer platforms in order to help drive new demand in other markets.
• Create an extensive library of products and informational content across all customer platforms
• Mange and refresh customer portal look and feel to keep sites modernised
• Support LINK Technology Team with scoping requirements and testing of new Webshop functionality.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Skills and Experience
• Prior experience in an admin role.
• Fluent in English.
• Webshop literate
• Strong maths skills to help with product price calculations and checking
• Able to demonstrate strong business process acumen.
• Able to build and maintain strong relationships with ASL staff and external customers.
• Bachelor's degree in information technology or business administration

Work location: Balibago, Angeles, Pampanga
Work set up: Full onsite
