Digital Platform - Business Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with Product Owner (PO) to discover and understand business requirements from various stakeholders at all levels
• Provide advice and idea to help sharpen the business requirements in term of business outcomes, user experience and technical solutions
• Develop high level user flow based on the requirements with clear explanation to UX/UI designers and technical lead
• Develop user stories with solid acceptance criteria that cover normal and edge cases comprehensively
• Develop technical specification with data mapping for all related APIs and databases
• Assist PO in backlog refinement and prioritization sessions and ensure alignment and understanding of related business owners and developers
• Assist PO in sprint planning and sprint demo & showcase to ensure that the solution is developed according to the user stories and all acceptance criteria are met
• Support UAT activity including test scenarios review, test data preparation and UAT execution
• Provide consultancy and support enquiries of business users, designers and developers
• Take lead in small/medium assignment when required

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or other similar experience for 'Business analyst' role. (system analyst, product owner, etc.)
• Master or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Computer Engineering and related fields
• Familiar with agile methodologies and all agile ceremonies
• Excellent at communicating between technical and business teams through document or visualization tools
• Experience in technical analysis and tools including data analysis, database and API mapping, Postman and related tools
• Experience in insurance industry is a plus
• Quick learner, self-motivated and keen in learning either new business or technology
• Positive and can-do attitude and can work efficiently under dynamic environments
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership and people management skills and be good team player too
• Good command in English
