About ViewQwest:
At ViewQwest, we believe technology should empower people to do more, live better, and focus on what truly matters. We exist to do well and to do good—using innovation to build a stronger business while creating a positive impact for our customers, our people, and the communities we serve. Everything we do is driven by the belief that a safer, better internet makes what’s possible achievable—for people and businesses alike.
As an award-winning internet service provider with a growing regional footprint, ViewQwest is a dynamic organisation that continues to evolve and scale. Our teams are united by a shared mission: to connect and protect our customers so they can reach their fullest potential. We are curious, bold, and never satisfied with “good enough.” We challenge convention, take ownership of outcomes, and work collaboratively to build meaningful impact at scale. From pioneering new solutions to shaping how customers experience and trust connectivity, we are united by a shared ambition to grow, to lead, and to make a positive difference.
If you’re driven by innovation, inspired by purpose, and excited to help shape what’s next, you’ll find a place to thrive at ViewQwest.
Overview:
This role keeps ViewQwest’s revenue-earning digital estate open, correctly configured and releasable. You own the operational availability of the website, the online sign-up platform and the eStore, act as first line for backend and transaction issues, and hold the monitoring and evidence that lets engineering fix what it owns.
You are the Digital Marketing team’s operational counterpart to the Digital Factory engineering team. This is a platform operations role: you monitor, configure, test, release, triage and coordinate. Code, infrastructure and instrumentation remain with engineering.
What you’ll own:
- Operational availability of the website, online sign-up platform (OSP) and eStore
- Execution of approved changes across digital estates—including website, OSP and eStore configuration, offer setup, QA, release readiness, go-live, rollback and post-release validation, in partnership with Digital Factory and platform teams.
- First-line intake and triage for backend, transaction and production issues—reproduce, classify, prioritise, route and hold to resolution
- New Relic as Digital’s single point of contact: dashboards, alerts, traces and logs, and the incident evidence engineering needs
- OSP configuration, promotional database entries, plan and bundle setup, QA, go-live and rollback
- eStore back-office configuration, integrations and release control
- User acceptance testing for every campaign, promotion and offer launch
- Uptime monitoring, alert thresholds, incident runbooks and post-release checks, maintained with Digital Factory
- Baseline platform and availability insight for the Growth Leads, including recurring technical friction that suppresses sign-up or checkout completion
- Coordination of recovery, root cause and fix validation with Digital Factory, and of payment or fulfilment exceptions with Marketing Operations
Success in this role is measured by timely launches of campaigns, platform availability, incident response and resolution time, launch quality, and the absence of preventable severity-one incidents.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in web, eCommerce or digital platform operations, production support, or release and configuration management
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business or a related discipline
- Hands-on ownership of a live transactional journey—sign-up, checkout or order flow—including configuration and QA
- Practical incident management: triage, reproduction, prioritisation, escalation, stakeholder communication and closure
- Working fluency with an application monitoring tool. New Relic preferred; Datadog, Dynatrace or AppDynamics acceptable
- Comfortable reading dashboards, alerts, traces and logs, and running basic queries to evidence an issue
- Structured user acceptance testing and test-case discipline, with release and rollback practice
- Confident using AI tools to accelerate runbooks, test cases, triage notes and queries
- Curious about root cause and never satisfied with a workaround; a self-driven learner who picks up new platforms without waiting for formal training
- Meticulous with configuration detail—treats a promotion, price or plan error as a revenue defect
- Calm and clear during live incidents, communicating impact and expected recovery in plain language
- Experience with Shopify or an equivalent storefront back office, enterprise CMS operations, basic SQL and API troubleshooting is an advantage, as is a telco, ISP or subscription environment
- Strong sense of ownership, high standards of execution, collaborative mindset, and a bias toward transparent, data-led decision-making.
- Amenable to a hybrid work set-up (3 days RTO, 2 days remote) in Pasay City.
Application Question(s):
- Are you legally authorised to work in the Philippines without requiring a work visa?
- What is your expected salary?
- How long is your notice period?
