Digital Platform Solution Officer( I-Banking)

• Working Location: CBD Area
• Working day : 5 days work week

Job Description:

• Promote platform to existing and prospective customers through outbound telesales activities.
• Identify sales opportunities and effectively communicate product value propositions to drive adoption.
• Assist customers with onboarding, including both onsite and remote setup, ensuring a seamless experience.
• Provide clear, accurate, and concise information on product features, pricing, and processes.
• Understand customer business needs and recommend suitable merchant solutions.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage retention and long-term usage.
• Follow up with customers post-onboarding to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and onboarding progress in CRM systems.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders (e.g., operations, product teams) to address customer feedback and improve service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies, regulatory requirements, and service standards.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets and performance KPIs.
• Stay updated on product enhancements, market trends, and competitor offerings.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in telesales, customer service, or merchant solutions is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sales-driven with a customer-centric mindset.
• Ability to explain technical or financial solutions in a simple and clear manner.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office is an advantage.
