About the role

As our Digital Platforms Analyst, you’ll connect business needs, process improvement opportunities and digital solutions.

You will:

• Engage with stakeholders to identify business needs and improvement opportunities.
• Translate requirements into practical, scalable solutions.
• Map and design processes to reduce duplication, bottlenecks and manual effort.
• Support the configuration, enhancement and optimisation of digital platforms.
• Identify opportunities for workflow automation, system integration and responsible AI use.
• Coordinate testing and support the implementation and adoption of new solutions.
• Develop process maps, system documentation and user guidance.
• Work closely with the Solutions Engineer, Data & Insights Analyst and teams across the firm.

This is a business-facing role for someone who enjoys understanding challenges, redesigning processes and helping teams adopt better ways of working.

What you’ll bring

• Around four to five years’ experience in business analysis, process improvement or a related field.
• Experience gathering requirements, scoping, mapping processes and facilitating stakeholder workshops.
• A strong understanding of business systems, platform and workflow optimisation.
• Experience supporting platform enhancements, testing and organisational change.
• Exposure to automation, system integrations and AI-enabled solutions.
• A relevant qualification or equivalent practical experience.
• Confidence working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

You’ll be analytical, pragmatic and collaborative, with the curiosity to challenge existing approaches and the judgement to develop solutions that are practical and valuable.

This role offers the opportunity to work across the firm, partner with a wide range of stakeholders and deliver practical solutions that improve decision-making, service delivery and the experience of our people and clients.

This position reports to the Digital Platforms & Innovation Manager and is ideally based in Dunedin, although candidates based in our other office locations will also be considered.
