This is an entry-level role suited to someone with a foundational understanding of digital design applications who is keen to develop their technical expertise and grow within a collaborative, design-led environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day support and guidance to project teams on digital design tools, applications and workflows.

  • Support technology training sessions, workshops and the development of learning resources for colleagues.
  • Help coordinate the adoption of new digital technologies, workflows and practices across the studio.
  • Work collaboratively with the IT Infrastructure team and wider Digital Practice network to resolve technical issues and improve user experience.
  • Contribute to firmwide initiatives focused on digital innovation, design technology and continuous improvement.

About You We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic about digital design, enjoys solving problems and is motivated to help others work more effectively with technology.

You will ideally have:

  • A relevant degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • An interest in digital design technologies and their application within architecture, interiors or the built environment.
  • Familiarity with digital design software and modelling workflows.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to troubleshooting.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues across different teams.
  • An organised and detail-oriented approach, with an interest in maintaining quality and consistency.
  • A willingness to learn new technologies, develop technical skills and share knowledge with others.

Previous experience in a related role is welcome, but this opportunity is also suitable for candidates with up to three years of relevant experience who are looking to develop their career in Digital Practice.

Reporting Line The role reports to the Digital Practice / Digital Advisory Services Lead , who retains responsibility for practice area strategy, client positioning, methodology, client relationships and service development.
