Digital Print Operator

About the role

This is a sole-charge position producing printed apparel to fulfil daily online orders. It's a full-time role, Monday to Friday, with regular hours. Immediate start available

Key responsibilities

• Operating pre-treat spray, Epson F3000 DTG, and DTF printers to meet production targets and quality standards
• Checking supplied artwork files from clients to ensure print readiness
• Machine setup, colour management, and troubleshooting
• Producing high-quality work within set production schedules
• Managing daily purchase orders and inventory of all materials, inks, and consumables
• Ensuring all preventative maintenance and operator servicing tasks are completed and recorded

About you

• A digital design certificate or higher is preferred but not essential; basic Adobe Photoshop literacy is required for prepress touch-ups
• Computer literate, with the ability to quickly learn new systems
• A sharp eye for visual quality control and consistency
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Efficient time management and organisational skills
• A great attitude and strong work ethic, with the ability to multi-task and reprioritise quickly and without hesitation
• A quality-conscious approach, with high standards, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure
• Someone who thrives working independently and takes pride in owning their own workspace and output
• The ability and motivation to produce top-quality prints and follow the specific procedures required to do so
