Digital Print Operator

About the role

Operate digital printing machines and prepare print jobs according to customer specifications and production schedules.

Key responsibilities

• Operate digital printing machines
• Prepare print jobs according to customer specifications and production schedules
• Check print quality, colour, alignment, and finishing requirements
• Load paper, media, toner/ink, and other printing materials
• Perform basic machine setup, cleaning, and troubleshooting
• Minimize paper, toner/ink consumption and production wastage
• Maintain accurate production and job records
• Assist with cutting, binding, laminating, and other finishing work when required
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized working environment
• Follow company quality, safety, and production procedures

About you

• Minimum Secondary School / O-Level or ITE equivalent
• Previous experience in digital printing or production is preferred
• Basic knowledge of digital printing, paper/media handling, and print quality control
• Basic computer and PDF handling skills
• Good attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines
• Responsible, reliable, and willing to work overtime when required
