We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Digital Print Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating digital printing equipment to produce high-quality printed materials. The ideal candidate will have experience with digital printing processes and be capable of handling finishing equipment to ensure the final product meets quality standards. Duties

• Operate digital printing machines to produce various printed materials according to job specifications.
• Set up and calibrate digital printers to ensure optimal print quality and color accuracy.
• Monitor print jobs during production, making adjustments as necessary to maintain quality standards.
• Use Konica Minolta digital printing equipment efficiently, ensuring smooth operation throughout the printing process.
• Operate finishing equipment to complete the production process, including trimming, binding, or other finishing tasks.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on digital printers and finishing machinery to minimize downtime.
• Inspect finished products for quality control, ensuring they meet client specifications and company standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.

Skills

• Proven experience with digital printing technology and equipment, particularly Konica Minolta systems.
• Ability to operate finishing equipment effectively.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality assurance.
• Good mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills for digital printers and finishing machinery.
• Ability to follow detailed job instructions and work efficiently under deadlines.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong communication skills for coordinating with team members and supervisors.
