pc/nametag® is looking for an experienced Digital Print Operator to join our production team! In this role, you'll set up and operate digital printing equipment to produce high-quality, custom orders while maintaining our standards for color accuracy, quality, and efficiency.

We're looking for someone who has hands-on digital printing experience, strong attention to detail, and takes pride in producing quality work.

Your Day as a Digital Print Operator:

• Set up and operate digital printing equipment to produce high-quality, custom print orders.
• Monitor print quality, ensuring accurate colors, consistency, and adherence to production standards.
• Work closely with team members to ensure orders are completed accurately and on time.
• Perform general maintenance on machines including greasing, preventative maintenance, and changing out worn or defective components
• Assist in other production and finishing areas as needed to support daily operations.

Requirements:

• Experience operating digital production printers, preferably HP Indigo or comparable toner-based equipment.
• Experience in a short-run, sheet-fed printing environment.
• Strong color matching skills and attention to detail.
• Experience performing general machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Experience with Adobe Illustrator and InDesign is a plus.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced production environment.
• Ability to frequently lift up to 40 pounds.
• Availability to work Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM, with overtime as needed.
