Consolidated Solutions is seeking motivated, detail-oriented Digital Print Operators to join our team. You’ll operate digital printing equipment, ensure color accuracy, and maintain quality throughout production. We’re looking for experienced operators who take pride in their work, enjoy solving problems, and contribute to a safe, efficient production environment.

Available Shifts

• 1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m.
• 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 2:00 p.m.–10:00 p.m.
• 3rd Shift: Sunday night–Thursday night, 10:00 p.m.–6:00 a.m.

What You’ll Do

• Operate digital printing presses and related equipment to produce high-quality materials according to job specifications.
• Review job tickets and ensure printed pieces meet layout, color, and production requirements.
• Perform quality checks throughout production, inspecting color consistency, image clarity, and overall print quality.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot equipment issues promptly to minimize downtime.
• Maintain accurate production logs and monitor supplies, including ink and paper.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Assist with finishing processes as needed.

Equipment You’ll Operate

• Ricoh 9500: Four-color digital press.
• Ricoh 7500: Five-color digital press with Plockmatic finishing capabilities.
• Canon varioPRINT 140: Single-color digital press with Plockmatic finishing capabilities.

Cross-training may include the Truepress Jet 520HD and bindery finishing equipment, providing opportunities to expand your production skills.

What You’ll Bring

• Previous experience operating digital printing equipment is required.
• Strong knowledge of color management techniques and layout design principles.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and quality.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues and keep work moving in a fast-paced environment.
• A dependable, energetic approach and willingness to work collaboratively.

Preferred: Familiarity with PRISMAsync and EFI Fiery systems.
