Digital Printing Operator cum Sticker Applicator

We are seeking a versatile professional capable of handling the end-to-end process of large-format printing. The ideal candidate will take ownership of operating and maintaining digital printing and plotter cutting machines, while also expertly applying and installing finished graphics (vinyl, stickers, banners, vehicle wraps) both in-house and at various client sites across the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

Printing & Production:

• Operate and manage large-format digital printing machines (e.g., HP Latex, UV Printers, Eco-Solvent) and plotter cutting and laser machines.
• Receive, check, and prepare design files for print readiness using RIP software (e.g., Onyx, VersaWorks, Caldera) and basic Adobe Creative Suite tools.
• Load and unload printing materials (vinyl, flex, fabric, foam boards, acrylic) and monitor the printing process to ensure high-quality output and color accuracy.
• Perform regular machine maintenance, print-head cleaning, and basic troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
• Manage production inventory, keeping track of inks, media rolls, and finishing supplies.

Application & Installation:

• Professionally apply and install various printed graphics, including wall decals, window graphics (frosted/clear film), floor graphics, vehicle wrapping and event signage.
• Perform vehicle wrapping and fleet branding with precision.
• Properly prepare installation surfaces to ensure a smooth, bubble-free, and long-lasting finish.
• Travel to client sites and event venues for off-site installations, coordinating with the project manager to ensure timely, safe, and neat completion of tasks.
• Assist with finishing tasks such as laminating, weeding, masking, trimming, and mounting.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 2–3 years of proven experience in the UAE operating large-format digital printers and applying/installing vinyl graphics.
• Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of RIP software and basic proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop for file preparation.
• Application Skills: High level of skill in weeding, taping, and applying large-scale stickers and wraps without errors or material wastage.
• License: A valid UAE driving license is a strong advantage.
