Digital Product Executive

As Şans Girişim Joint Venture, we are looking for a Digital Product Executive who will manage the end-to-end product development process by working closely with engineering, design, QA, and business teams.

As the Digital Product Executive, you will

• Create, refine, and prioritize the product backlog for iOS, Android, and Web products
• Manage the end-to-end product development process by working closely with engineering, design, QA, and business teams
• Actively participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
• Write clear, technically well-defined user stories that meet the Definition of Ready (DoR)
• Make product decisions by considering technical constraints, dependencies, and architectural impacts
• Maintain continuous communication with engineering teams to manage scope and timelines throughout the development lifecycle
• Monitor the performance, stability, and user behavior of released features
• Drive product improvements through A/B tests, experiments, and data-driven metrics.

What you bring (Experience & Qualifications)

• Bachelor's or Master’s Degree from a reputable university,
• At least 3 years of experience as a Product Owner / Analyst in digital products,
• Hands-on experience with Agile / Scrum methodologies,
• Strong skills in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and release management,
• Technical-level understanding of mobile (iOS / Android) and web product development processes,
• Knowledge of APIs, integrations, data flows, and basic software architecture,
• A data-driven approach to product development and decision-making,
• Active experience with tools such as Jira and Confluence,
• Good command of both written and spoken English,
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills,
• Advanced level of MS Office programs,
