Digital Product Manager

Digital Product Manager Position Overview We are seeking a results-oriented Digital Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and ongoing optimization of our e-commerce and digital experiences. The successful candidate will own the product roadmap, prioritize features based on customer value and business goals, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality outcomes on Shopify and other digital platforms. This role blends product strategy with strong project management to drive measurable growth and exceptional user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the digital product roadmap, translating business objectives and customer insights into prioritized features and releases
• Lead end-to-end product development on Shopify, including requirement definition, configuration guidance, app selection, and launch coordination
• Manage project plans, timelines, dependencies, and deliverables to ensure on-time delivery of product releases using Agile practices
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers, engineers, marketing, and operations to iterate on design, drive usability testing, and deliver seamless customer experiences
• Work with analytics and data teams to define success metrics, track product performance, and run experiments (A/B tests) to inform decisions
• Engage stakeholders across the organization to gather requirements, align priorities, and communicate roadmap progress and impact
• Maintain product backlog, write clear user stories and acceptance criteria, and facilitate grooming and sprint planning sessions
• Oversee vendor and agency relationships when integrating third-party Shopify apps or services, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness
• Identify and mitigate risks, remove blockers for the delivery team, and continuously improve delivery processes and tooling
• Stay current on e-commerce trends, Shopify capabilities, and digital product best practices to recommend new opportunities and improvements

Qualifications

• 3+ years of product management experience, preferably managing e-commerce or digital consumer products
• Proven hands-on experience with Shopify (store setup, theming, app integrations, or Shopify Plus is a plus)
• Strong background in digital product strategy with a track record of defining roadmaps and delivering measurable results
• Demonstrated project management skills with experience using Agile methodologies; certification (CSPO, PMP, or equivalent) is a plus
• Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and managing product backlogs
• Comfortable working with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel) to define KPIs and drive data-informed decisions
• Excellent communication skills and experience coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Familiarity with UX principles, A/B testing, and conversion rate optimization
• Bachelors degree in Business, Computer Science, Design, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
