Digital Product Manager (Code Frameworks)

For our client, we are seeking a Digital Product Manager (code Frameworks) to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. This role will shape product priorities that connect customer needs, business goals, and practical execution. You will partner with engineering, design, analytics, and go-to-market teams to define opportunities, prioritize work, and deliver measurable product outcomes. The position offers the opportunity to influence roadmap direction while improving customer experience and business performance within a regulated financial services environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $120,000 – $193,725 annually

Responsibilities

• Contribute to product strategy creation and evolution for AI capabilities
• Apply user-centered design practices to integrate feedback into products
• Design evaluation frameworks to measure product performance and efficiency
• Frame build-versus-buy analyses and use KPIs for decision guidance
• Lead discovery and test-and-learn activities to validate assumptions

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in a product-focused role
• At least 5 years delivering products in IT
• Experience with large-scale, enterprise initiatives
• Proficiency in Java or Python programming
• Strong presentation and communication skills
