数字产品主管/Digital Product Supervisor

该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责｜Key Role and Responsibilities 1. 对接业务相关方，梳理业务流程、痛点及需求。 Work with business stakeholders to understand processes, pain points, and needs. 2. 运用开发工具或低代码工具独立研发数字化产品，保障产品运维得当、稳定运行。 Independently develop new digital products using development or low-code tools, and ensure they are properly maintained and stable in operation. 3. 按需协同第三方合作伙伴共同开发数字化产品。 Collaborate with third-party partners to develop digital products when required. 4. 按要求支撑现有数字化产品及系统的及时运维工作。 Support the timely maintenance of existing digital products and systems as required. 5. 赋能电厂、光伏数字化团队，保障数字化产品顺利落地交付。 Coach power plant and solar digital teams to support the successful delivery of digital products. 6. 助力万浦中国数字化文化建设与数字化能力提升。 Contribute to strengthening Banpu China’s digital culture and capability building. 7. 统筹数字化团队相关活动与会议组织协调工作。 Coordinate events and meetings for the digital team. 学历要求｜Education 信息技术、计算机科学、工程、工商管理或相关专业本科及以上学历。 Bachelor’s degree or above in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. 经验要求｜Experience 3–5 年数字化转型或数字化产品交付相关经验 3-5 years of experience in digital transformation or digital product delivery. ・具备优秀的沟通能力，可对接业务合作方、管理层及其他相关方 Strong communication skills with business partners, management, and other stakeholders. ・熟悉设计思维及敏捷交付模式 Familiarity with design thinking and agile delivery models. ・具备基础编码能力，有使用低代码 / AI 工具高效交付数字化产品的经验 Basic coding skills and experience using low-code or AI tools to deliver digital products efficiently. ・良好的英语读写及口语能力 Good written and spoken English skills. 优先资质 / 经验（可选）｜Preferred Certifications / Experience (Optional) ・持有敏捷或 Scrum 相关认证 Agile or Scrum certification. ・持有项目 / 产品管理认证，如 PMP、Product Owner 等 Project or product management certification, such as PMP or Product Owner. ・优先考虑拥有能源行业（电厂、光伏电站等）数字化转型经验者 Digital transformation experience in the energy sector, such as power plants or solar farms, is preferred.
