Cadence Connect is exclusively partnering with our Tier1 Allied Health client, to recruit a Digital Product Support Officer, which is a newly created role in a growing technology team.

This is a a prized opportunity, in current market for someone with experience supporting business applications who enjoys solving technical problems, analysing data, and working closely with both business and technical stakeholders.

This role sits at the crossroads of digital products, data, systems and business operations. You will be a key point of contact for support across a suite of integrated digital platforms, helping diagnose issues, coordinate resolutions and continuously improve support processes.

Your role will also see you play an important position in building knowledge resources that improve future support outcomes and contribute to AI-assisted support capabilities.

About the role

Reporting to the Digital Product Owner, you will provide technical support for business-critical digital products while working collaboratively with development, technology and operational teams.

Your responsibilities will include...

• Providing application and product support across digital platforms.
• Investigating incidents, identifying root causes and coordinating resolutions.
• Managing support requests through to completion.
• Performing SQL queries to investigate data-related issues.
• Supporting integrated cloud-based systems and applications.
• Liaising with internal stakeholders, customers, partners and vendors to resolve cross-system issues.
• Creating and maintaining support documentation, knowledge articles and operational procedures.
• Identifying opportunities to improve system reliability, support processes and user experience.
• Reporting on incidents, trends and recurring issues to support continuous improvement.

What will you bring?

• Experience supporting business applications or digital platforms.
• Experience working with integrated business systems.
• Working knowledge of SQL for querying and analysing data.
• Exposure to cloud-based applications and environments.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• A customer-focused approach with the ability to build strong stakeholder relationships.
• Experience handling sensitive or confidential information.
• Relevant ICT qualifications (desirable).
