Digital Program Specialist

Location: Heredia, 50% onsite

Monday to Friday 8am-5pm

12 months contract (with the possibility of extension)

We’re looking for a Digital Program Specialist to help our content and digital teams stay organized, aligned, and on track.

You’ll manage Jira workflows, facilitate agile ceremonies, coordinate cross-functional projects, balance priorities and team capacity, and help improve the way work gets planned and delivered.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating structure, connecting teams, solving problems, and improving processes in a fast-moving environment.

What you’ll do

• Manage Jira intake, workflows, and priorities.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies and team routines.
• Coordinate projects from intake through delivery.
• Track timelines, dependencies, milestones, and risks.
• Partner with cross-functional teams and remove blockers.
• Balance competing priorities and team capacity.
• Maintain project documentation, reporting, and status updates.
• Improve workflows, processes, and team operations.
• Use AI and productivity tools to improve efficiency.

What you bring

• 2+ years in project/program management, content operations, or a similar role.
• Experience managing multiple projects and competing priorities.
• Strong Jira and agile/Scrum experience.
• Excellent organization, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• C1/C2 English proficiency.
• Experience coordinating content or digital projects.
• Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, or Claude.

Nice to have: experience with global/distributed teams, content or marketing operations, Confluence/Asana/Monday/Smartsheet, SaaS/technology, and process improvement.
