The Role

• Lead multiple transformation projects across regional markets
• Partner with senior business and technology stakeholders
• Drive programme governance, budgeting, risk management and delivery
• Coordinate internal teams, vendors and external partners
• Support AI-enabled and digital transformation initiatives

Your Profile

• Proven Programme/Project Management experience within banking, insurance or financial services
• Track record delivering large-scale technology or business transformation programmes
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
• Experience managing multiple workstreams in complex regional environments
• Exposure to AI, digital, data or emerging technology initiatives is highly advantageous
• Fluent English required
