Digital Project Coordinator

We are looking for an experienced Digital Project Coordinator to support a major redevelopment programme in Hawke’s Bay.

The role will work across digital delivery, infrastructure design and project coordination, helping ensure technology and digital services are successfully integrated into new and refurbished facilities.

The programme is entering key planning and design phases and requires someone who can provide strong coordination across project teams, technical specialists and stakeholders.

What you’ll be doing

• Coordinate digital and technology activities across the programme
• Support project planning, meetings, workshops and stakeholder engagement
• Track actions, milestones, risks, issues and dependencies
• Support digital infrastructure planning and design activities
• Work closely with Project Managers, technical teams and other programme workstreams
• Support governance, reporting and project documentation
• Coordinate design assurance activities and follow up actions
• Help ensure digital requirements are included in the wider programme design and delivery

What we’re looking for

• Experience as a Project Coordinator, ideally within digital, technology or infrastructure programmes
• Experience supporting large or complex projects with multiple workstreams
• Strong planning, coordination and organisational skills
• Good understanding of project governance, reporting, risks and dependencies
• Confident working with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience within large infrastructure, construction, facilities or redevelopment programmes would be useful
• Comfortable working in a busy programme environment with changing priorities
