Digital Project Coordinator (Remote Working Arrangements)

• Position: Digital Project Coordinator (Remote Working Arrangements)
• Location: Remote – Malaysia
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am–6:00pm (Singapore Time)
• Salary (commensurate with experience): Salary: RM4,500–RM5,000 monthly basic salary, commensurate with experience, plus 14 days of annual leave, a discretionary performance bonus and statutory contributions, including EPF, SOCSO and EIS
• Duration: Permanent, Full-time
• Industry: Digital Media & Creative Services

Main Responsibilities:

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout each project.
• Coordinate project requirements, timelines and deliverables using Trello.
• Follow up with clients to collect branding materials and other required assets.
• Gather and consolidate client feedback while managing agreed revision rounds.
• Coordinate closely with designers and developers to meet project deadlines.
• Perform basic post-production work on smaller projects; training will be provided.
• Work with partners and create or source simple icons when required.
• Confirm photoshoot schedules and send hosting-renewal reminders.
• Provide general administrative and project support.

Requirements:

• Relevant experience in project coordination, client servicing, digital production or a related role.
• Organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple deadlines.
• Comfortable coordinating with clients and internal creative or technical teams.
• Able to follow up proactively and manage client expectations professionally.
• Familiarity with Trello, photo-editing software or digital projects would be advantageous.
• Must have a suitable personal computer or laptop; this is a bring-your-own-device role.
• Able to work remotely from Malaysia during Singapore business hours.
