Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and manage end-to-end implementation projects for websites and mobile applications.
• Gather, define, and document client and user requirements.
• Conduct QA and user acceptance testing to guarantee quality and compliance.
• Facilitate day-to-day workflow and collaboration with internal execution teams.
• Manage client communications, pitch ideas, handle feedback, and resolve project roadblocks.
• Support ad-hoc business initiatives as needed.

Requirements

• Higher Diploma or above in Business, Computer Science, or related fields.
• 1+ years of experience in digital project management or account servicing (Agency/Vendor experience preferred). Senior Project Executive title available for experienced candidates.
• Solid understanding of digital trends and technical concepts.
• Fluent in English and Cantonese (written and spoken).
• Proactive problem-solver with high attention to detail.
