Where you’ll make an impact

• Support the delivery of booking engine transformation initiatives
• Configure and manage products, pricing, and availability within the booking engine
• Execute testing across booking journeys and support UAT
• Identify and track issues through to resolution
• Assist with project coordination, timelines, and documentation
• Support website updates aligned to new booking functionality
• Audit booking flows and validate data accuracy across platforms

What we’re looking for

You’re a highly organised and detail-oriented digital professional who enjoys working across structured, process-driven tasks. You take pride in accuracy, can manage multiple priorities, and enjoy contributing to large-scale digital projects.

You bring a proactive mindset, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

To be successful, you’ll need

• 3+ years’ experience in digital, eCommerce, or project support roles
• Experience working with CMS, booking systems, or eCommerce platforms (highly regarded)
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Ability to follow processes and manage repetitive tasks at scale
• Good communication skills and ability to work within a team environment
• Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business, Commerce, or related discipline (preferred)
