Role Overview

We’re looking for a Digital Project Manager who can own execution across multiple clients and ensure everything gets delivered on time, every time .

This is not a strategy role — this is about planning, coordination, and execution discipline .

Key Responsibilities

📅 Project Planning & Execution

• Break down the monthly scope into tasks and timelines
• Ensure all deliverables (social media, performance, creatives, etc.) are planned in advance
• Maintain clear execution calendars

🤝 Team Coordination

• Coordinate between:
• Account Managers
• Creative Team
• Performance Team
• SEO / Web teams
• Ensure smooth internal communication and task flow

⏱️ Timeline & Delivery Management

• Track deadlines and ensure on-time delivery
• Identify delays and resolve proactively
• Maintain delivery quality across clients

📊 Task & Workflow Management

• Use tools like ClickUp to manage tasks and workflows
• Ensure all tasks are properly assigned, tracked, and completed

📌 Scope & Resource Management

• Ensure work stays within the defined scope
• Allocate tasks based on team bandwidth
• Flag overload or gaps early

📈 Reporting & Updates

• Provide internal status updates
• Support Account Managers with delivery updates

What We’re Looking For

• 2–5 years of experience in project management/operations
• Experience in digital marketing/agency environment preferred
• Strong coordination and organisational skills
• Ability to handle multiple clients and deadlines
