Digital Project Manager

We are looking for a Digital Project Manager to join our GUT Studio team in Copenhagen. You will be part of a growing project management team working on complex, large-scale digital marketing projects for major global clients — including in the pharma and healthcare space.

This is a role for someone who thrives at the intersection of marketing, technology, and people. You are organized, calm under pressure, and just as comfortable in a client meeting as you are navigating a busy project board with a hundred moving pieces.

What You'll Do:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of digital marketing projects across different channels — including digital platform implementations and websites launches and optimization

• Drive product rollouts and martech implementations, coordinating across development, design, and UX teams

• Own stakeholder relationships at local and global level — managing expectations, driving alignment, and keeping things moving across teams with competing priorities and perspectives

• Facilitate meetings and workshops with confidence — you know how to own a room and bring people to decisions

• Track open items, risks, and timelines, and communicate clearly across internal teams and clients

• Contribute to process improvements, documentation, and best practices

• Identify new opportunities within existing client relationships and support proposals where relevant.

  Who You Are:

  • 2–3 years of project management experience in a digital agency or marketing environment

  • A tech-savvy marketing project manager at heart — you understand digital marketing workflows, content production, and campaign delivery, and know how to keep complex projects on track

  • Proven track record in managing large-scale digital projects across channels: Hands-on experience with website development projects, product rollouts or martech platforms

  • Familiar with Scrum/agile frameworks — a certification is not required, but working knowledge is a plus

  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders — including development, design, and UX teams — with clarity and confidence

  • Exceptionally organized, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously without dropping the ball

  • Comfortable managing high-complexity digital marketing and technology projects — you pick up new tools and systems quickly and don't need hand-holding

  • Naturally strong with stakeholders — patient, persuasive, and relationship-driven, with the maturity to handle pushback and navigate complex organizational dynamics

  • A clear and confident communicator, both written and verbal

  • Flexible, proactive, and solutions-oriented — a "doer" and a "planner" in equal measure.
