About the Role

Pixelflames is looking for a proactive and organized Digital Project Manager with excellent English communication skills and strong project management capabilities to manage website and digital projects for UAE and international clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage digital projects from requirements gathering to delivery and launch.
• Plan project timelines, milestones, resources, and deliverables.
• Communicate professionally with clients, conduct meetings, and manage expectations.
• Coordinate designers, developers, QA teams, and other stakeholders.
• Prepare project plans, status reports, meeting minutes, and client emails.
• Monitor progress, resolve issues, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery.
• Handle client feedback, approvals, and scope changes.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in digital project management, preferably in a web development or digital agency.
• Excellent written and spoken English is mandatory.
• Strong client communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing website design and development projects.
• Familiarity with CMS platforms such as WordPress, Sitefinity, or Umbraco is an advantage.
• Experience with project management tools such as ClickUp, Jira, or Asana.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently and coordinate distributed teams.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
