Digital Project Manager

Seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery and enhancement of customer-facing digital products and platforms. This individual will partner with business stakeholders, Product Owners, IT teams, solution architects, QA teams, consultants, and vendors to drive successful project execution aligned with business objectives.

The ideal candidate brings a strong background in digital project management, Agile delivery, and cross-functional collaboration, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable project plans and prioritized backlogs. This role manages medium-to-large, moderately to highly complex projects while ensuring delivery timelines, budgets, quality standards, and customer expectations are met.

Key Responsibilities

• Project & Delivery Management: Lead end-to-end project execution, including planning, resource allocation, task assignments, progress tracking, status reporting, and delivery against established timelines and budgets.
• Agile & Scrum Leadership: Facilitate Agile ceremonies, support Scrum practices, collaborate with delivery teams and Product Owners, and promote continuous improvement through retrospectives and performance metrics.
• Requirements & Backlog Management: Review and refine business requirements, translating them into clear, prioritized user stories, tasks, and backlogs aligned with product goals and roadmaps.
• Risk & Dependency Management: Identify and manage project risks, issues, dependencies, resource constraints, and schedule challenges. Develop mitigation plans and escalate concerns as needed.
• Technical Collaboration: Partner with solution architects and technical leads to review technical designs, evaluate proposed solutions, and ensure alignment between business requirements and technical execution.
• Quality Assurance & Testing: Coordinate with QA teams on test planning, execution, issue resolution, and quality reviews to ensure deliverables meet business and technical requirements.
• Stakeholder Communication: Coordinate cross-functional meetings, prepare agendas and meeting minutes, and communicate project updates, risks, and decisions to business partners, IT stakeholders, and executive leadership.
• Release & Production Support: Manage release planning, deployment coordination, post-launch activities, and production support to ensure smooth transitions and ongoing platform stability.
• Team Performance & Accountability: Monitor delivery progress, promote transparency, and maintain visibility into team commitments, performance, and project outcomes.
• Project Documentation: Maintain project plans, team metrics, user stories, project artifacts, and supporting documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of relevant experience, training, and coursework in project management, Agile development, innovation, or process management.
• 3–5 years of experience as a Project Manager supporting customer-facing websites, digital products, or online platforms.
• Experience managing digital initiatives involving website platforms, e-commerce, sales applications, SaaS solutions, or website compliance.
• Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall project delivery methodologies.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across business, technology, product, and QA.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, navigate project complexity, and drive delivery within established timelines and budgets.
