Digital Project Manager (Events)

DIGITAL PROJECT MANAGER

Events Agency, Singapore

A hands-on, client-facing role responsible for managing and delivering the digital experience across events and projects throughout APAC. Working closely with clients, internal project teams and developers, this person will translate event requirements into seamless, practical digital solutions, from registration through to onsite delivery and post-event reporting.

What you'll be doing:

• Event Registration & Websites: Manage online registration journeys, event websites and delegate management systems.
• Delegate Communications: Oversee digital communications, registration confirmations and attendee engagement.
• Event Technology: Manage event apps, onsite check-in, badging and other digital solutions.
• Data & Reporting: Oversee delegate databases, reporting, data accuracy and event insights.
• Client & Project Management: Work directly with clients to understand requirements, recommend solutions and coordinate delivery with project teams and developers.
• End-to-End Delivery: Support digital requirements across the full portfolio of APAC events, including onsite troubleshooting.

What you bring:

• Strong experience with event registration platforms, delegate management systems and event technology.
• Background in events, experiential marketing, conferences or corporate event management, ideally across APAC.
• Confident managing client relationships and translating requirements into technical solutions.
• Excellent attention to detail, particularly around data, registration processes and delegate communications.
• Comfortable working with developers and understanding how digital platforms, systems and data integrate.
• Hands-on, proactive and solutions-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• No prior experience with the company's proprietary platform required, but genuine technical curiosity and willingness to learn are essential.
