We've been in business for over 20 years helping clients in all industries, from startups and small businesses to large, corporate, and civic organizations with their website and digital marketing. Overall Objective: In this position, you will manage website projects from planning through launch. The position requires a client focused, highly organized individual with the ability to communicate with clients, coordinate a team, and keep deadlines and details on track.

You would be responsible for...

• Managing new website projects from concept to completion through our design and development process
• Leading kickoff meetings with clients and our design team
• Creating a plan to guide the project
• Gathering assets from clients
• Setting and managing expectations with the client and our team
• Training clients on how to use their website within the WordPress CMS
• Tracking the progress of multiple projects to keep themon time and within budget
• Keeping the project team informed of changes that impact operation and direction
• Managing your own time and the time of others in the project team
• Providing excellent customer service and upholding our values as a representative of Integritive

Required Skills:

• Must possess strong computer skills
• Must be able to manage and meet deadlines
• Must effectively track project budgets and manage project scope
• Must be able to communicate difficult or sensitive information tactfully to our clients
• Must be a good listener who can ask questions and seek help when needed
• Must be able to respond to management direction and feedback to improve performance

Job requirements:

• Experience working with clients in a project management or consulting role (minimum of 1 year).
• Experience with website or technical project management (minimum of 1 year).
• Knowledge of modern web technologies, awareness of the web design, and website best practices.
• Excellent critical thinking, writing, and verbal skills.
• Experience with project management tools (Redmine, Trello, Asana, etc.)
• Experience with file management systems such as Google Drive and Dropbox.

Preferred Experience (not required):

• Experience using WordPress themes
• Working knowledge of HTML / CSS / and responsive design
• Experience with Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
• PMP license or certification
• Digital Marketing & SEO experience
• Copywriting experience
