Digital Record Assistant

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Digital Records Assistant to help organize and maintain the company's digital files and records. This is an entry-level position that is ideal for someone who is organized, dependable, and comfortable working with computers.

Responsibilities

• Organize and maintain digital files and company records.

• Upload, scan, and save documents into company systems.

• Review documents for accuracy and completeness.

• Rename, sort, and archive electronic files.

• Update records and enter information into databases.

• Retrieve digital files when requested by team members.

• Ensure documents are stored securely and confidentially.

• Assist with organizing folders and maintaining file structures.

• Respond to document-related requests from internal departments.

• Perform other administrative and documentation tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• No previous experience required; training provided.

• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

• Good typing and data entry skills.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Good organizational and time-management skills.

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

• Reliable internet connection and a dedicated home workspace.

Pay: $24.09 - $29.01 per hour
