Role & responsibilities

Customer Service: Address client queries, concerns, and provide prompt resolution to ensure a positive client experience.

Sales and Business Development: Identify opportunities for upselling financial products and services, contributing to the overall growth of the business.

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.

Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the financial services industry.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Knowledge of financial markets, investment products, and regulatory requirements.
