- Onboard new digital partners and maintain strong relationships with existing ones.
- Drive lead generation, loan sourcing, and business conversion through digital channels.
- Monitor partner performance and ensure achievement of business targets.
- Coordinate with credit, operations, and sales teams for seamless customer onboarding.
- Analyze sales MIS, conversion ratios, and channel productivity.
- Identify growth opportunities and implement strategies to increase digital business volumes.
- Conduct regular reviews with partners and resolve operational issues.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and regulatory guidelines.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital lending opportunities
