Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced, results-oriented Strategic Sales Consultant Digital Transformation & Sustainable Infrastructure Solutions to lead business development activities from our India Office.

The role will focus on developing strategic opportunities across Smart Cities, Government Digital Transformation, Sustainable Infrastructure, Digital Twin, AI, IoT, Smart Mobility, and Enterprise Digital Solutions across India and APAC markets.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in consulting-led sales, government engagement, technology solutions, and infrastructure transformation projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans for Digital Transformation and Sustainable Infrastructure consulting services.

• Identify and develop opportunities with Government bodies, Smart City authorities, PSUs, infrastructure developers, and enterprises.

• Build relationships with senior stakeholders including government officials, CIOs, CTOs, business leaders, and technology partners.

• Drive consulting engagements from opportunity identification through proposal development and contract closure.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 8 - 15 years of experience in Strategic Sales, Consulting Sales, Digital Transformation, IT Solutions, Infrastructure Consulting, or Government Projects.
• Proven experience in selling technology-enabled consulting solutions.
• Strong understanding of Smart Cities, Digital Government, Sustainability, AI, IoT, or emerging technologies.
• Existing relationships with Government, Infrastructure, Enterprise, or Technology sectors will be an advantage.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and develop new markets.
