Role & responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to customers

• Call existing customers who have visited our website (warm leads)

• Understand customer requirements and explain insurance products

• Sell insurance policies and close sales effectively

• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets

• Build and maintain strong customer relationship
