Digital Sales Executive - Fully Remote

Key Responsibilities

• Handle and convert leads generated through digital marketing campaigns and other channels.
• Engage customers through WhatsApp, Phone Calls and Online Communication.
• Follow up with new, warm and previously rejected leads to identify future sales opportunities.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable courses based on their interests and requirements.
• Handle customer enquiries, objections and concerns confidently. Follow up on leads consistently until they make a decision.
• Maintain accurate lead status, customer information and sales records in our CRM system.
• Continuously improve your sales pitch, follow-up techniques and closing skills.
• Keep up-to-date with our Tech, Baking and Professional Development courses so you can confidently explain the benefits to learners.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma or equivalent qualification, with sales experience preferred, especially in telesales, inside sales, digital sales, education sales, retail sales or customer conversion.
• Sales-driven and target-oriented, with a strong desire to achieve results and convert leads this is a sales role, not just customer service.
• Confident in communicating with customers through phone calls and WhatsApp, with strong follow-up and objection-handling skills.
• Self-motivated, organised and disciplined, with the ability to manage multiple leads and work independently in a fully remote environment.
