Digital sales marketer

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Digital Sales Marketer with experience in the real estate industry to develop and execute digital marketing strategies that promote properties, attract prospective clients, generate leads, and drive sales. The ideal candidate must be proficient in digital marketing, graphic design, and content editing using Canva and Adobe InDesign.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to promote properties and real estate services.

2. Create engaging marketing graphics, flyers, videos, and promotional content using Canva and Adobe InDesign.

3. Manage the company’s social media platforms and maintain an active online presence.

4. Generate leads and attract potential property buyers, investors, and clients through digital channels.

5. Create and publish property listings, promotional campaigns, and real estate content across relevant platforms.

6. Respond to online enquiries and follow up with prospective clients to convert leads into sales.

7. Monitor digital marketing campaigns and evaluate their performance to improve engagement and lead generation.

8. Conduct market research to identify target audiences, competitors, and emerging real estate marketing trends.

9. Collaborate with the sales team to achieve marketing and sales targets.

10. Maintain consistent branding and ensure all marketing materials are professional and accurate.

Requirements and Qualifications

● Minimum of OND or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.

● At least one year of relevant digital marketing experience.

● Previous experience in the real estate industry is compulsory.

● Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies, social media marketing, and online lead generation.

● Proficiency in Canva and Adobe InDesign for graphic design and content creation.

● Excellent communication, creativity, and persuasive marketing skills.

● Ability to generate leads, engage prospective clients, and support property sales.

● Must be results-driven, proactive, organized, and able to work with minimal supervision.

Work Schedule

● Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

● Saturday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Compensation

₦85,000 monthly

Pay: ₦80,000.00 per month
