Digital Senior Account Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Independently formulate overall monthly social media operation strategies and detailed implementation plans for client accounts, decompose marketing goals into phased content themes and execution schedules, and ensure the plan is highly aligned with client brand tonality and business demands.
• Oversee daily social media operational management, including content release rhythm control, user interactive operation, comment and community maintenance, real-time public opinion monitoring and risk control, continuously activate account activity and improve platform user stickiness.
• Conduct in-depth sorting and multi-dimensional analysis of monthly operational data, complete professional data review reports, summarize operational advantages and existing problems, put forward targeted data-driven optimization strategies and iterative plans to continuously improve marketing conversion and communication effects.
• Accumulate platform operation rules and industry marketing cases regularly, sort out optimized operation methodologies, and feed back to daily account operation to improve overall service quality.
• 3+ years of professional social media operation, digital marketing or advertising working experience, with mature full-case social media project operation and client service experience;
• Proficient in independent social media content planning and creative output, equipped with excellent data insight and report writing capabilities, able to complete independent monthly strategic planning and in-depth data review analysis.
• Proficient English reading, writing and verbal communication skills, able to independently complete English scheme writing, report output and English client docking work.
• Familiar with social media marketing trends and industry hotspots, sensitive to content creativity and data changes, with strong learning ability and operational optimization awareness.
