DSP Team Lead

Description:

• Lead a team of DSP and Embedded Software engineers developing radar image processing software for Automotive and other markets
• Drive architecture, design, implementation, and optimization of real-time DSP software solutions
• Collaborate with Algorithms and Validation teams to deliver integrated products
• Define and enforce software development processes, coding standards, and quality practices
• Manage project planning, task prioritization, and technical execution
• Conduct design reviews, code reviews, and technical mentoring

Requirements:

• B.Sc. or higher in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
• 8+ years of experience developing DSP and/or embedded real-time software
• 3+ years of technical leadership or team management experience
• Strong proficiency in C/C++, Python and Linux development
• Experience with software architecture, debugging, profiling, and optimization
• Experience with adoption of AI-assisted development tools and workflows in embedded/real-time environments
• Excellent communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills

Advantage:

• Experience in radar, wireless communications, sensor processing, computer vision, or similar domains
• Experience with automotive products development
• Experience with ARM, DSP processors, heterogeneous computing platforms, or FPGA-based systems
• Experience with MATLAB for algorithm development and validation
