Must-Have Skills

• Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) experience

• Production Support / On-call Support

• Incident Management & Root Cause Analysis (RCA)

• Service Reliability, Availability, and Performance Management

• SLO, SLI, SLA concepts

• Cloud Platform: Azure or GCP

• Kubernetes

• Terraform (Infrastructure as Code)

• CI/CD tools: Azure DevOps, GitHub, or Jenkins

• Monitoring & Observability tools:

• Dynatrace

• Azure Application Insights

• Azure Log Analytics

• GCP Monitoring

• Scripting: PowerShell or Bash

• Experience with Microservices and Cloud-Native Applications

• Strong troubleshooting and automation mindset.
