REQUIREMENTS

• Computer Science, Information Systems degree or related background
• Exceptional English verbal and written communication skills
• At least 5 years of independently leading software projects.
• Proficient in creating project documentation specifically Business Requirements Document (BRD), Functional Specification Document (FSD), UAT Test Document etc.
• Experience supporting large enterprise or business-critical applications.
• Experience working with ticketing and incident management systems
• Strong understanding of incident management, ticket triage, and SLA-driven requirements.
• Basic to intermediate SQL skills for troubleshooting and data validation
• Good client relationship management skills
• Experience or a certification in agile processes, or PMP certification is a plus
• Responsible and self-motivated

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Present regular updates and insights to senior management and contribute to innovation strategy and roadmap development.
• Develop comprehensive software documentation, including Business Requirements Documents (BRD), Functional Specifications (FSD), technical workflows, UAT documentation, IT security documentation, and more.
• Support client projects throughout the software development lifecycle, from initiation to launch, ensuring alignment with project goals.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to facilitate the development of the software solution, managing tasks through a ticketing system and ensuring clear communication.
• Support clients' applications by ensuring system availability, responding to incidents, meeting SLA requirements, troubleshooting production issues, and working closely with development and infrastructure teams to maintain system reliability and performance.
• Monitor and manage support tickets, incidents, and service requests.
• Investigate, triage, and coordinate the resolution of application issues.
• Maintain support documentation, knowledge base articles, and operational procedures.
• Assist with application deployments, maintenance activities, and release support when required.
• Track project performance, manage budgets and resources, and ensure risk mitigation plans are in place.
