Digital Solution Analyst / Solution Architect – Rayong

An exciting opportunity has opened with a large, established organisation in Rayong that is investing heavily in digital transformation and the modernization of its enterprise technology landscape.

This is not a traditional IT support role.

We are looking for someone who can understand the bigger picture — how business processes, enterprise applications, integrations and data connect — and then work with both business and technology teams to design practical, scalable solutions.

You’ll play a key role in major transformation initiatives involving enterprise systems, custom applications, cloud platforms, integration and process automation.

What you'll be doing

• Translate complex business requirements into technical solutions and solution designs
• Design scalable and reliable system architectures
• Work across ERP, enterprise applications and internally developed systems
• Understand end-to-end system, process and data flows
• Lead system integration and modernization initiatives
• Work closely with Operations, Finance and Commercial teams
• Investigate complex system issues and perform root-cause analysis
• Coordinate developers, technical teams and external vendors
• Support projects from requirements and design through SIT/UAT, deployment and go-live
• Evaluate new technologies and identify opportunities for automation and improvement
• Provide technical guidance and help drive engineering best practices
• Contribute to the organisation's longer-term technology roadmap

What we're looking for

• 3+ years of experience in software engineering, system analysis, solution architecture or technical delivery
• Experience acting as a Technical Lead, Solution Architect, Senior System Analyst or similar
• Strong understanding of enterprise systems such as ERP, SCM, CRM or other business-critical platforms
• Experience with system integration and APIs
• Understanding of AWS or Azure
• Technical knowledge of Java and/or Node.js environments
• Ability to understand application logic and data structures
• Strong requirements gathering and solution design skills
• Experience working directly with business stakeholders and development teams
• Exposure to digital transformation, modernization or automation projects
• Logistics, supply chain, manufacturing or other complex operational environments would be an advantage
