About the role
The Digital Solutions Analyst owns business analysis activities and is the custodian of business governance across the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), serving as the liaison between Business Units and the Software Development Section by identifying business needs, analyzing operational processes, documenting functional and non-functional requirements, and ensuring that software solutions effectively address organizational objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Identify business needs and analyze operational processes
- Document functional and non-functional requirements
- Ensure software solutions effectively address organizational objectives
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications that guide solution design, development, testing, and implementation
- Work closely with the Digital Solutions Project Manager, the Digital Solutions Lead, and outsourced developers throughout the project lifecycle
