About the role

Aviation & Electronics Support Pte Ltd is looking for a motivated and hands-on Digital Solutions & E-Commerce Executive to support digitalisation, e-commerce and online marketing activities. This position is suitable for fresh Polytechnic graduates with an interest in website development, e-commerce, software applications and digital marketing.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, improve and maintain the Company's website and online platforms.
• Support the development and management of online product and e-commerce capabilities.
• Maintain and update product and company information across digital platforms.
• Support initiatives to improve the Company's online presence and search visibility.
• Assist in developing and maintaining internal digital information and document management systems.
• Support the development of internal workflow and operational tools.
• Support digital marketing activities across relevant online and social media platforms.
• Prepare digital marketing materials, product announcements and promotional content.
• Work with management and internal teams to continuously improve the Company's digital systems and processes.

About you

• Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Development, Information Systems, Digital Solutions, E-Commerce or a related discipline.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Basic knowledge of website development, databases and web applications.
• Knowledge of e-commerce platforms, SEO, digital marketing or content creation would be an advantage.
• Resourceful, willing to learn and able to work independently.
• Good problem-solving skills with an interest in developing practical digital solutions.
• Good communication and organisational skills.
