Job Summary
The Digital Solutions Assistant Manager will support the delivery and management of digital applications, automation initiatives, and technology solutions aligned with business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Support digital solution development and implementation.
• Gather and analyze business and technical requirements.
• Coordinate with users, developers, vendors, and IT teams.
• Manage system enhancements, testing, deployment, and issue resolution.
• Identify opportunities for process automation and digital improvement.
• Monitor application performance and user adoption.
• Prepare project documentation and reports.
• Provide technical guidance to digital solutions specialists.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in digital solutions, application development, automation, or related areas.
• Experience in project coordination or team supervision.
• Knowledge of Microsoft technologies, cloud platforms, automation, or enterprise applications is an advantage.
