Digital Solutions Officer

About the role

The Digital Solutions Officer develops and manages digital solutions, platforms, and functionalities that support Marketing and Business Development objectives. The role oversees website and digital platform improvements, coordinates the development and implementation of digital solutions, and identifies opportunities to improve user experience, business processes, and customer engagement through digital tools.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and improve the hospital website and other digital platforms to ensure functionality, usability, accuracy, and alignment with organizational needs
• Identify, conceptualize, and create digital solutions that support Marketing and Business Development objectives, in collaboration with IT and other relevant stakeholders
• Develop and improve digital tools, workflows, and functionalities that enhance user experience, simplify business processes, and support customer engagement and business development
• Define business requirements and coordinate the development, integration, testing, and implementation of digital solutions with relevant stakeholders and technology providers
• Draft and present the annual Digital Solutions strategic and operational plan, and execute approved plans and activities, including monitoring and performance reporting
• Develop and maintain digital solution workflows, forms, templates, and documentation to support efficient and consistent implementation

About you

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communication, Multimedia Arts, or any related four-year degree
• At least three (3) years of relevant experience in Digital Solutions, Digital Product Management, Website Management, Business Systems, Digital Transformation, or related fields
• Experience in managing websites, digital platforms, or technology-enabled business solutions
• Experience in identifying business needs, defining requirements, and coordinating the development or enhancement of digital solutions
• Experience in coordinating with IT teams, technology providers, developers, vendors, and internal stakeholders for digital solution projects
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical-thinking skills
• Knowledge of digital platforms, website functionality, system requirements, and digital technologies
• Ability to translate business needs into clear digital solution requirements
• Understanding of user experience (UX), user journeys, and digital process improvement
• Strong project management, organizational, and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

Pay: Php35,000.00 - Php45,000.00 per month
