The specialist monitors solution performance, resolves complex issues, supports controlled releases, and maintains the technical documentation needed to deliver a consistent digital member experience.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

Coordinates vendor release assessments, regression testing, defect tracking, deployment readiness, communications, and post-release validation. Monitors platform performance, interfaces, scheduled jobs, alerts, vendor service levels, and member-impact trends to identify risks and improvement opportunities.
  • Maintains architecture diagrams, integration inventories, configuration records, technical documentation, and support procedures. Evaluates proposed changes from the member’s perspective, considering accessibility, usability, reliability, privacy, security, and consistency across digital channels. Supports employee training, business continuity testing, outage response communications, and cross-functional initiatives involving assigned digital solutions.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Experience:

  • 3 or more years of experience supporting digital banking, financial technology, application integrations, business systems, or related technology solutions is required.
  • 3 years or more years of financial institution experience is required.
  • Experience with online and mobile banking, digital account opening, digital wallets, payment or card platforms, identity and access management, remote deposit capture, or other member-facing financial technologies is preferred.

Education:
