• Business Analysis & Digital Solution Development
• Business analysis, design, development, and deployment of digital solutions for GBS processes
• Maintaining and improving existing tools and applications
• Ensure solutions follow defined standards and guidelines ________________________________________
• Low-Code / Citizen Development Contribution
• Develop simple applications and workflows using low-code tools (e.g., Power Platform)
• Support business users in building basic solutions under defined governance
• Follow best practices and documentation standards ________________________________________
• Process Automation Implementation
• Identify basic automation opportunities in daily operations
• Support implementation using tools such as:
• Power Automate (workflows) o RPA tools (basic level)
• Contribute to process improvements and efficiency initiatives
• Support the implementation of AI use cases in business processes (e.g., document processing, chatbot, workflow intelligence)
• Assist in configuring and testing AI-based tools or digital agents (e.g., Copilot, AI platforms, internal AI tools)
• Help translate business scenarios into structured AI requirements (prompt design, input/output definition)
• Participate in pilot projects and support AI solution rollout and user onboarding ________________________________________
• Project Execution Support
• Assist in digital project delivery (requirement gathering, testing, documentation)
• Translate simple business requirements into technical solutions
• Collaborate with IT and internal stakeholders ________________________________________
• Data Handling & Integration Support
• Support basic data integration between systems (e.g., Excel, SharePoint, databases)
• Assist in maintaining data quality and consistency
• Help document data structures and Ai-related logic ________________________________________
• Reporting & Visualization
• Create basic dashboards and reports (e.g., Power BI, Excel)
• Support data analysis to enable process transparency
• Assist in KPI tracking and reporting ________________________________________
• Collaboration & Learning
• Work closely with regional and global GBS teams

• Continuously develop skills in automation and digital tools ________________________________________ Qualifications & Experience Education
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field ________________________________________ Professional Experience
• 3 years of relevant experience
• Exposure to digital tools, automation, or process improvement is a plus ________________________________________ Technical Skills (Basic to Intermediate)
• Familiarity with:
• Power Platform (Power Automate / Power Apps / Power BI) o Excel and data handling o Basic workflow or automation tools
