Job Overview:

We are looking for a creative, analytical, and results-driven Digital Strategist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing digital strategies that strengthen brand positioning, improve online presence, increase audience engagement, and support business growth.

The candidate should have a strong understanding of digital marketing, brand strategy, consumer behaviour, market research, and digital campaign management.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Digital Strategy Development

Develop and implement digital strategies aligned with business objectives.

Create digital marketing plans to improve brand visibility and online presence.

Identify opportunities for digital growth and brand positioning.

Develop strategies to increase customer engagement and generate leads.

2. Brand Strategy & Positioning

Understand client brands, target audiences, and business objectives.

Develop digital communication strategies that align with brand identity.

Ensure brand consistency across digital platforms.

Collaborate with branding and creative teams to execute brand campaigns.

3. Social Media Strategy

Plan social media strategies for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube.

Develop content strategies and monthly content calendars.

Monitor social media trends and audience engagement.

Identify opportunities to improve organic reach and brand awareness.

4. Digital Marketing & Campaign Management

Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns.

Develop strategies for Google Ads and Meta Ads.

Monitor campaign performance and optimize marketing activities.

Work on SEO and SEM strategies to improve online visibility.

5. Market Research & Competitor Analysis

Conduct market research to understand industry trends.

Analyse competitor digital marketing strategies.

Identify target audiences and customer preferences.

Provide strategic recommendations based on research findings.

6. Performance Analysis & Reporting

Monitor website traffic, social media performance, and digital campaigns.

Track key performance indicators (KPIs).

Analyse campaign performance using Google Analytics and other tools.

Prepare reports and suggest improvements to digital strategies.

7. Team Collaboration

Coordinate with brand strategists, designers, content creators, and marketing teams.

Support the development of digital campaigns for client projects.

Present digital strategies and campaign insights to internal teams.

Ensure timely execution of digital marketing activities.
