Digital Supervisor • Performance Media

We are looking for a Biddable Supervisor with hands-on experience across YouTube/Google Ads, Meta, and TikTok. You will manage campaigns end-to-end, from planning and activation to optimization, reporting, and analysis.

We are looking for someone with a growth mindset, strong performance thinking, and the ability to work closely with media planners to find the best solutions to achieve campaign objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize campaigns across YouTube/Google Ads, Meta, TikTok , X and LINE.
• Translate media plans and objectives into effective platform strategies and campaign setups.
• Monitor performance and pacing, proactively identifying opportunities to improve results.
• Analyze campaign data and provide clear insights and actionable recommendations.
• Work closely with planners to connect media strategy, platform execution, and performance.
• Continuously explore new approaches, platform solutions, and best practices to drive better campaign outcomes.
• Ensure campaign accuracy and compliance with agency processes.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business Administration, Digital Media, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience across YouTube/Google Ads, Meta, and TikTok.
• Strong understanding of digital media KPIs, optimization, and reporting.
• Growth mindset and performance-driven thinking.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proactive, adaptable, collaborative, and eager to continuously learn.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
